How to prepare for our appointment together:

• As of 10th October, 2024 I charge $110 per person, and appointments take approx 1 hour. Please arrive on time, if you are late this may affect your appointment and my appointments for the day.

• Travel for Group Bookings of 4+ More, Travel Fees Apply, $1 per KM. This will be added to your quote. Please let me know if it is an Occasion Makeup or Bridal, the two have very different processes and I appreciate full transparency.

• Deposits Required for Group 4+ Bookings @ $100, this is deducted from the final amount on the day. Single, Double or Triple appointments require meeting at Hollie Castledine Beauty Studio 4/5 Main Street, Timboon.

• Cancellation Policy. I understand life happens, but please let me know sooner rather than later. I don’t take Deposits for Single/Double Bookings as it can become hard to track. So I ask for honesty & full transparency. If you have open sores, coldsores or fresh blood present on the face I will not be able to carry out your appointment.

• Come to you appointments prepared, Prep your Skin well the night before & have a decent understanding of what you like/dislike so I am able to cater a look to you and make sure we are on the same page. Powdering & Lipstick Re-Application maybe required throughout the day/night.
